Medium

Medium is utilized in many baked products and cereal or granola applications. Made from the fresh, white coconut meat, its taste, flavor, and aroma are natural and mild.

Fine (Macaroon)

Fine (also called Macaroon) is often used in cookies, biscuits, candies, and other baked products. Our white coconut meat gives this product a mild, fresh flavor.

Storage and Handling

RED V Desiccated Coconut should be stored in a clean, cool, and dry place under temperature of 10°C - 20°C (50ºF - 68ºF). Shelf life of 10 months or lower depending on the type of cut and residual S02 content.
