Storage and Handling
Red V Foods Coconut Milk Powder should be stored in a clean, cool and dry place under normal room temperature of 28°C to 32°C (82.4ºF - 89.6ºF). It hardens upon exposure to lower temperature but returns to its original powdered form when re-exposed to warm temperature (28°C to 36°C or 82.4ºF - 96.8ºF). Shelf life is twelve (12) months when unopened.
